• You need to create an account on ApplyTexas to begin your transfer application.
• Click on "Create an Account" on the homepage.
  
• Fill in your name, email address, password, and other required details.
• Log in to your new ApplyTexas account.
• Click on "Add a New Application" and begin filling out the application.
  
• For application type, select: International Transfer
  
• Complete the application form including personal, academic, and term details.
• After submitting, check your email for a confirmation message about your application.
