To continue your visa application process, you must complete the DS-160 form online.

• Select the location where you will attend your visa interview.
• Click on "Start an Application".
• Choose the option for Nonimmigrant Visa Application (DS-160).
• Important: Copy and save your application ID number immediately — you'll need it to retrieve your form.
• Your visa type is: F-1.
• For the U.S. address, enter:
  Sam Houston State University
  1905 University Ave, Huntsville, TX 77340, USA
• For your U.S. contact person, enter the name and contact information of the staff member who emailed you your I-20 document.
• After completing the form, download and save the confirmation page. You will need it for your visa interview.
